In April 2020, I took it upon myself to redesign our website. The previous site was built on Wordpress and designed by an offsite agency. It was clunky and difficult for users to navigate. With my years of Shopify knowledge, I had a new website designed in less than a week, and up and running within two weeks - connected to the warehouse and taking in orders. The new site has performed exponentially better and has generated leads for some of our most devoted B2B customers.

Thanks to my SEO efforts, I catapulted 2 of our products over 50 rankings to Position Zero on Google - that’s even better than ranking #1! Position Zero is when Google shares a snippet of landing page copy and image from the website as well as the link. I achieved this my optimizing our product’s SEO - from file name to alt-text and on-screen copy writing.

I develop, design, and work directly with vendors for all of CBD Universe’s packaging and product development. I project manage all new product introductions and connect departments, keeping Operations and stakeholders up to date on timelines and launch dates.

To support our partners and increase sales, our top selling SKUs come shipped in eye-catching Point of Purchase displays. I work to develop new dielines for these displays and design the graphics.

From Holiday Campaigns to ongoing automated Flows, I manage all B2C and B2B emails using Klaviyo, generating 18% of our annual website revenue (10% from Automated Flows, 8% from Individual Campaign Emails.)

Using a strategic funnel approach for Display Ads, I generated 14.3% of our annual online sales from my display ads.

After someone visits our website, retargeting ads will follow the customer and track subsequent sales for 30 days. Bright and cheerful, CBD Universe’s branding reinforces trust and a sense of well being.
